1) We have WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY too much junk. We have been to the dump five times, with more to come.
2) Every time a room gets cleaned, 30 seconds later we fill it up with stuff again. It feels like we're just moving stuff around.
3) No sewing!!! Too busy moving boxes and sweeping and cleaning walls and filling up garbage bags and arguing with my husband about whether the dining room table should go against the wall or in the middle of the room. It was the "but it looks more spacious" vs "but it looks weird" argument. We're letting the real estate agent settle it for us.
Hopefully the light is at the end of the tunnel and we'll be finished and ready to go tomorrow. Then we just have to KEEP it clean. But at least I'll be able to sew again!

Hope it works out for you. When we were selling our house we just moved out. My cousin and uncle both did the same recently (both moved to a rental when they listed their homes).
